Q: When will my products ship?
Complete shipments will ship within 1-2 business days.
Incomplete Shipments
If you selected ship incomplete, available product will process right away, and back orders will be processed when BOSOLO receives the product (separate shipping charges will apply).
Internet orders are handled electronically and processed continually.

Returns are accepted if incorrect product was sent.
If you received the product you ordered, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, refunds are provided upon receipt of your return product.
A return tag will be issued for your package and must be attached and returned for refunding.
