Q: When will my products ship?

  • Complete shipments will ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Incomplete Shipments
    • If you selected ship incomplete, available product will process right away, and back orders will be processed when BOSOLO receives the product (separate shipping charges will apply).
  • Internet orders are handled electronically and processed continually.

    Q: Where do I go to change my account information?

    • Log in to your account, then click on your account name at the top right corner of your screen. You can change or modify your account information.

    Q: My package was received incomplete or damaged.

    • Damaged packages with obvious missing or damaged product must be refused upon receipt, and you will need to contact customer support for replacement customerservice@bosolo.com .
    • Incomplete orders must be handled through customer support customerservice@bosolo.com  (855) 286-3368.

    Q: What if I have an item I purchased that I want to return?

    • Returns are accepted if incorrect product was sent.
    • If you received the product you ordered, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, refunds are provided upon receipt of your return product.
    • A return tag will be issued for your package and must be attached and returned for refunding.

    Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

    • Our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.

    Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

    • We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover and electronic checks.

    Q: Do you ship to addresses outside of the United States?

    • Yes, charges vary according to your locality.

    Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?

    • Out of State – No - At this time, there is no sales tax on Internet sales by either the state of MO or by the Federal government.
    • In-State – Yes – Missouri has a 5.225% sales tax rate.  Customer wanting exemption must fill out an exemption form.  Download Sales Tax form 149,, fill out and email to accounting@bosolo.com or fax  (417) 286-3396

    Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Most orders are sent out within 1-2 business days and often earlier. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 1-6 business days after the order is shipped. Please allow additional time for foreign orders.

    Q: Can I track my order?

    • Members - Select track order then click order history at the top of the page or click here.
    • Non Members - Sign up to be a member to track or email customerservice@bosolo.com and provide your order number and a customer service person will provide you with your tracking information.

    Q: How do I sign up for BOSOLO.com e-mail list for special sales?

    • Enter your email address under the newsletter heading on the home page.

    Q: Do you have a catalog?

    • In order to keep our prices low, we DO NOT have a physical catalog. All our products are online, but we do have an online catalog for customers who would rather look at our products in this way.
